NSAB2015 – New Terms as of May 1’st

Link Logistics Adopts to NSAB2015

As of May 1st, 2024, Link Logistics EU has implements NSAB2015. This update comes after Link joined the Danish freight forwarders association (Danske Speditører) on December 1st, 2023, entitling them to refer to the NSAB2015 standards. The new terms replace Link's previous general terms while referencing the widely-used NSAB2015 rules negotiated between Nordic freight forwarder associations and business organizations. NSAB2015 outlines responsibilities, obligations, liability limits, claims and time bars for the logistics industry. Company email signatures will include a link to the updated general terms referencing NSAB2015. The full NSAB2015 document is available on Link's website. Customers with questions can contact Anette Bay at abj@linklog.com. The new integrated terms aim to simplify dealings while aligning Link with established industry protocols.
